We offer a risk-free 90-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or refund — no hard feelings!
📦 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- The item was delivered within the last 90 days
- It is in the same condition as received: unused or lightly used, with all accessories and original packaging
- You have the order confirmation or proof of purchase
Unfortunately, we cannot accept:
- Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or water exposure
- Returns beyond the 90-day window
- Products without a valid proof of purchase
💸 How Refunds Work
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To return your product:

- We'll guide you through the simple steps and provide the return address within the UAE.
- In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
