We offer a risk-free 90-day return policy from the date of delivery. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or refund — no hard feelings!

📦 Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:

  • The item was delivered within the last 90 days
  • It is in the same condition as received: unused or lightly used, with all accessories and original packaging
  • You have the order confirmation or proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we cannot accept:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, drops, or water exposure
  • Returns beyond the 90-day window
  • Products without a valid proof of purchase

💸 How Refunds Work

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

To return your product:

  • We'll guide you through the simple steps and provide the return address within the UAE.
  • In most cases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
